Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused leather item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective dust bags and authentic tags are securely attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
